FAQ
How is overage calculated?
We charge on usage measured on the platform every month. If you exceed the included cap, you only pay for the difference at the tier rate. Never projections, always real usage.
What if I don't reach the included cap?
You pay the guaranteed tier base. If usage stays consistently low for a quarter, we automatically recommend a downgrade. No penalty.
Do I pay in USD?
Yes. All invoicing is in USD. We accept bank transfer (NET 15) or payment link via Stripe (credit card or auto-debit). We can coordinate local-currency conversion at the daily rate when local legal requires it.
Can I upgrade or downgrade tiers during the contract?
Yes. Upgrade is immediate (pro-rated for the current month). Downgrade applies to the next billing period. No tier-change fees.
What's the difference between Setup and Recurrent?
Setup is the one-time pre-Go-Live work (Discovery + MVP + Go-Live) that builds your tenant, integrations and processes. Recurrent is the monthly platform license that starts post-Go-Live.
How do I cancel?
Annual auto-renewal. To opt out we require 90 days notice before the anniversary. Your data is exportable for 30 days post-cancellation.
How much do connectors cost?
Managed connectors are quoted separately: Pre-existing $5-8K (Darwin already has it), Simple $10-15K (2 weeks dev), Medium $20-30K (3-4 weeks), Complex $35-50K (6+ weeks). Maintenance 15-20% annual of one-time.
